Active projects report, October 2026: what I am working on and where I need help

A monthly report on the projects I am running: what is in progress, what is next, what is waiting, and where I would welcome partners, readers or testers.

Three project pages of dennis-alejo.com, Comtury Lodge, SEO for Business Success and Llama Purisima, side by side
Eleven projects, one page each, and the same rule for all of them: say where it stands and what comes next.

I run many projects at the same time, and I treat that the way I treat any portfolio: with a status for each one, a next step for each one and one place where all of it is visible. This report is that place. It is the first of a monthly series, published with the newsletter on the 1st of each month, and it answers three questions for every project: where does it stand, what is next and where could you help.

A note on how to read it. The statuses and steps come from the project pages themselves, which I keep up to date. Dates are estimates, and they move when reality does. Details that must stay confidential stay off the website, and results from exploration work appear only after the project geologist has reviewed them.

Running now

Project Focus. The method behind this whole site: turning business goals into projects, and projects into results, with automation and AI doing the repetitive work. The method is defined, and it has been applied with startups and local companies. In progress: playbooks for automation and AI agents. Next: packaged programs and training.

SEO for Business Success. An open case study of how this new site goes after the first page for business consulting and project management in Utah and the United States, with the numbers and the mistakes. The foundation is done: site, sitemap and Search Console, plus the keyword research and the content plan. In progress: quick wins on titles and service pages, and the content engine of guides, templates, series and news. Next: building authority with a local profile, partners and links. The project page keeps a dated log of every change.

Comtury Lodge. A garden lodge of stone-and-wood bungalows in Yungay, Peru, at the foot of Huascarán. The concept, the bungalows and the garden are built, and the lodge is now opening to guests and experiences. The first garden experiences are listed on comtury.com for November 7, 8 and 14. Next: retreats, events and local alliances, estimated between December and March.

In validation

Llama Purisima. A zinc, lead and silver exploration project on about 2,000 hectares in Ancash, Peru. The land package is consolidated, and surface mapping, sampling and certified assays are done. In progress: diamond drilling to validate the geology, and conversations with technical and capital partners. Next: a maiden resource estimate and infill drilling. The first reviewed holes will appear in the public drill log only after the project geologist approves them, estimated for January. This is an exploration project, which carries high risk, and nothing here is an offer of securities or investment advice. The project is open to technical and capital partners on the partner page.

In development

Qory Cuisine. Peruvian cuisine built to bring the flavors of home to a new audience. In progress: concept and identity. Next: menu and operations design, then a launch plan.

Titan Heavy Imports. An investment project focused on importing used heavy machinery, backed by a construction background. In progress: market and supplier research. Next: the import and logistics plan. Details for interested partners are shared on request.

Trade Arena. A research project that tests trading strategies, stress-tests them and publishes every result before any real money is involved. In progress: the research pipeline and the pass-or-fail rules. The public scoreboard starts at zero on purpose and moves only when a strategy earns it.

Coming soon

Realtor Academy. Interactive learning for aspiring realtors. The curriculum outline is done, and the interactive lessons are in design. Next: a pilot with the first learners.

PMP Academy. Immersive learning for project managers through the PMBOK approach. The curriculum is mapped, and the interactive modules and case studies are in progress. Next: a pilot cohort.

Anime Dojo. A manga and anime for children, made with my son. The world and the characters are defined, and the first chapters are in production.

NIW Pathway. A pathway for immigrants whose high-impact ideas could support a National Interest Waiver. In progress: concept and audience research. Next: program design from January to March 2027, a waitlist and first group between April and June, and a public launch estimated between July and September 2027. It is an educational project, and it does not provide legal advice.

Products on the way

Kaizen vs. Gantt. A book comparing the Japanese and the American way of managing projects. The outline and chapter plan come first, between November and January. The first chapter goes to early readers between February and April. You can follow the idea on the book page.

Contract AI Agent. A software tool for the stages of a contract: selection, execution and settlement, built with AlejoCorp. Requirements and contract-stage mapping are in progress through January, and an early-access prototype is planned between February and June 2027. See the product page.

  • Partners. Technical and capital partners for Llama Purisima, and conversations about Titan Heavy Imports, through the partner page.
  • Early readers. People who would like the first chapter of the book before anyone else.
  • Testers. The first users of the Contract AI Agent.
  • Waiting lists. NIW Pathway and the learning products, through the products page and the contact page.
  • Your questions. The best ones become the next article, through the suggestion box.
