Scale Your Business
More leads, a funnel that sells, AI automation and the software your business needs, built around you.
In validationOverview
Scale Your Business is a program for companies that want more customers and a business that can handle them. It applies the three engines of Project Focus, leads, sales and operations, with the marketing, automation and software that make each one work.
It starts with leads: strategies on social media, Google Ads and marketing that bring the right people to you, backed by SEO and a brand that makes them trust you. Then comes the part many businesses skip: a well-built funnel, with landing pages, lead capture and follow-up, and a sales strategy so that a lead becomes a customer. AI automation carries the repeating work of the process, such as answering questions, following up, scheduling and reporting, with a person in charge.
The last layer is software fitted to your business. Depending on what you need, that can be an affiliate program where customers and content creators refer new customers, table reservations for a restaurant, inventory tracking for a shop or a warehouse, a punch-in system for staff, or another system built around the way you work. Each business gets only what it needs, in the order that pays back first.
Startups and small businesses are already in the queue for the first implementations, and applications are open for the next places. Nothing here is a guarantee: results depend on the product, the market and the budget, and ad spend is paid to the ad platform. Every plan starts with a diagnosis of what is holding the business back.

Three kinds of people can apply.
Small and growing businesses
Restaurants, shops, service companies and local brands that want more customers and fewer manual tasks.
Startups
You have a product and a first market, and you need a repeatable way to find and close customers.
Creators, affiliates and specialists
You want to promote products you believe in and be paid for results, or you work in marketing, SEO, ads, automation or software and want to help build the implementations.
The program
What a business can get.
More leads
Strategies on social media, Google Ads and marketing that bring the right people to you, with the tracking to see which ones work.
A funnel and a sales strategy
Landing pages, lead capture, follow-up sequences, scripts and proposals, so that a lead becomes a conversation and a conversation becomes a customer.
SEO, branding and marketing
A site that search engines can read, a keyword and content plan, and a brand that makes people trust you before they call.
AI automation
Assistants and workflows that answer common questions, follow up leads, schedule, report and draft content, with a person in charge of the result.
Software fitted to you
An affiliate program for customers and creators, table reservations, inventory tracking, a punch-in system for staff, or another system built around your needs.
A dashboard and a monthly review
Leads, sales, costs and the systems in one place, reviewed together every month with the next three actions.
How it works
From application to launch.
Four steps. The details are agreed with each business, and nothing starts without a written scope.
- 01
Apply
Send the form below. I read every application and answer by email.
- 02
Diagnose
A short call and a growth diagnosis: where leads come from today, where they drop out and what in the operation holds the business back.
- 03
Build
The lead engine and the funnel first, then the automation, then the software that fits. Every piece has a scope and a number to watch.
- 04
Run and scale
The systems go live, and every month the business gets a report with real numbers and the next three actions.
