NIW Pathway is a coming-soon project for immigrants who carry high-impact ideas and want to understand how those ideas could lead to a National Interest Waiver, a category of U.S. immigration petition.
As an immigrant who has built a life and a career across two countries, I have seen how much talent never finds a clear path. The goal of this project is to help people turn an idea into a structured, well-documented endeavor: define the problem, the work they propose to do, the people it will benefit and the evidence that shows why it matters.
It applies project management to a deeply personal journey: a plan, milestones, owners and a clear picture of what is still missing. Format, content and launch date will be announced on this page.
