Whether it was supervising road networks, performing precise measurements with a Total Station, or navigating the logistical hurdles of a 7.4 million soles project, I learned to master the Critical Path. In the field, if the critical path fails, the project collapses. That iron-clad discipline, where every technical decision has a measurable physical consequence, became the foundation of how I analyze any business challenge today.
