My professional journey is not a straight line; it is a structure I have been designing, reinforcing, and expanding layer by layer for over a decade. From my early days in high-impact civil engineering to the consulting and business architecture I lead today, my path has been driven by a single, unwavering conviction: if you can imagine it, you can build it.

The Foundation: Precision in the Field
Everything started on the front lines of construction. With a rigorous technical background—holding Master’s degrees in Structural Design and Road Engineering, complemented by diplomas in Construction Law and Safety—I learned a lesson early on that became my professional credo: in engineering, there is zero margin for error.
For years, in roles ranging from Civil Engineer Trainee to Engineering & Construction Associate on multi-million dollar public projects, I mastered the art of managing complexity. Whether it was supervising road networks, performing precise measurements with a Total Station, or navigating the logistical hurdles of a 7.4 million soles project, I learned to master the Critical Path. In the field, if the critical path fails, the project collapses. That iron-clad discipline, where every technical decision has a measurable physical consequence, became the foundation of how I analyze any business challenge today.
The Great Pivot: Engineering as a Universal Language
After years of optimizing resources and eliminating bottlenecks in physical infrastructure, I realized that the logic of engineering transcends steel and concrete. I decided to apply the same rigor to the corporate world.
I successfully transitioned my project management expertise into sectors that seemed worlds apart: technology, education, and human resources. I discovered that whether you are scaling a startup, optimizing an operations flow, or managing a hospitality venture, the mechanics of success are identical. Since founding AlejoCorp in 2013, I have served as CEO, transforming abstract ideas into scalable business units. My transition into the hospitality and services sector has only further sharpened my ability to manage high-pressure environments, where operational excellence is the difference between profit and loss.
My Philosophy: Project Focus
The business world is saturated with brilliant ideas that fail due to poor execution. My methodology, Project Focus, is built on a simple premise: the gap between stagnation and scale is not luck; it is the standardization of processes.
Managing a project—whether it is importing heavy machinery, directing a hospitality operation, or automating a personal brand—requires the same tripartite rigor:
- Systematization: Breaking operations into executable components.
- Standardization: Creating protocols that ensure predictable results.
- Management: Exercising technical control over schedules, resources, and risks.
For me, the success of a multinational or a personal side project depends on one thing: how well have you designed your operating system? If you lack a standardized process, you have a bottleneck. My work is to eliminate that friction.
The Evolution: Project Focus + AI
Today, my work has reached a new dimension. Technology has finally caught up with the speed of my ambition.
I have evolved Project Focus into an automated engine by integrating Autonomous AI Agents and RAG architectures. I no longer just manage projects; I architect ecosystems. I collaborate with a diverse group of investors and partners to scale their visions while simultaneously developing my own personal ventures. By implementing autonomous systems that handle operational friction, I free the human mind to focus strictly on high-level design and strategic growth.
The Future: Designing the Horizon
I view the future with clinical fascination. My career is a bridge between the tangible—the heavy machinery I import, the real estate I develop—and the digital intelligence that powers it.
Through my Project Logs, I am documenting this journey. I am not here to follow trends; I am here to design them. My goal is to build the systems that make success inevitable.
My professional profile is a synthesis of this journey:
- Operations & Management: Over a decade of experience leading complex projects, from public infrastructure to hospitality and service ventures.
- Strategic Consulting: Specializing in business architecture, ROI optimization, and scalability for startups and high-impact personal brands.
- Technological Innovation: Implementing advanced AI solutions and autonomous workflows to replace traditional operational bottlenecks.
If you are looking for someone who understands the complexity of physical structures and the dynamics of digital systems, you are in the right place.
If you can imagine it, you can build it. Let’s get to work.
