I’ve been there. And I learned there are really only two ways to break that cycle: fix the machine you already have… or build a new one worth investing in.
A few years ago I was closing deals at 2 a.m. while putting out fires that shouldn’t even exist. Today my projects keep growing whether I’m on a call, on a plane, or at the park with my kid on a Saturday morning.
What I actually do
I don’t sell 47-step courses or 100-page reports that gather dust. I do two things, and I do them really well.

I am 37, a father, and have spent over a decade analyzing why companies scale—and why they fail. My conclusion is consistent: a business is simply a sequence of interconnected projects.
I have managed multiple income streams while time slipped through my fingers. I learned the hard way that systems must replace manual hustle.
My methodology: 30% focus on each core pillar (Leads, Operations, Sales) + 10% pure grit. When the math is correct, the business functions autonomously.

I write about what actually works
